Firecracker Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Firecracker Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine buffalo sauce, coconut aminos, coconut sugar, rice vinegar, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and seasoning is to your liking.
  2. Sauté the Broccoli: Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are lightly crisp but tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside.
  3. Cook the Ground Chicken: In the same pan, add the ground chicken and season lightly with salt and pepper. Break the chicken apart and cook over medium heat until it is fully cooked through and no longer pink.
  4. Combine Sauce, Chicken, and Broccoli: Return the cooked broccoli to the pan with the chicken. Pour the prepared firecracker sauce over the mixture and stir thoroughly to coat all the ingredients evenly with the sauce.
  5. Serve the Bowls: Divide the cooked cauliflower rice or steamed rice into bowls. Spoon the firecracker chicken and broccoli mixture over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving for a fresh, slightly sharp contrast.
