- 2 Tbsp Almond butter (or cashew or sunflower butter)
- 2 Tbsp Honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, whey protein, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey, and water together.
- Mix the Dough: Using a silicone spatula, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a cohesive dough forms.
- Form Balls: Shape the dough into 1-inch sized balls with your hands.
- Coat with Chocolate Chips: Spread mini chocolate chips on a plate and gently roll each dough ball in the chips until fully coated.
- Chill: Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined pan and chill them in the refrigerator until ready to eat. These can be served immediately after chilling.
